Sometimes I have to make myself walk away from the computer, or whatever it is that has me consumed, wallpapering, painting, reading. How about you? When I was a bona fide member of the regular working class, in at 9 out at 5, lunch was important! Word passed around about where we were ordering, someone would make something yummy to share or better yet the boss was treating. It’s not easy when you work from home where there’s no one prompting you to stop what you are doing, take a break and eat.
When I stop to grab a bite at lunch, a tasty soup or salad, my mood is better and I binge less later. I have learned that skipping a meal is actually bad, you lose more than you gain.
